All Modern giveaway!

I know I’ve been slacking a bit this month in updating, but I think this entry is going to more than make up for it! A few days ago the nice people over at All Modern contacted me about possibly holding a giveaway on my website. So of course I said yes because everyone loves free stuff, especially when it’s shiny and new and fabulous.
So let me introduce you to the ‘In the Mix’ Small Bowl Set, designed by notNeutral. It’s a set of four porcelain bowls with various black and white patterns on them. They’re modern, they’re practical (dishwasher and microwave safe) and they can brighten up any table setting. But best of all, if you are lucky enough to win them, then even leftovers and mushy cereal will taste like VICTORY. Or so I’m guessing.
They could be yours free if you just leave a comment on this post with your first name and email and maybe a little comment about why you’d like to win. This contest is open only to residents of the US and Canada. The winner will be chosen randomly on July 13th, 2009, and I’ll send you an email if you win!

Hello! Oh man I hope I win these. Also though, if I do I might feel guilty because I feel like I already won by buying the Milhouse embroidery. We haven’t framed it yet but once we do it will take a sacred position on our living room wall. If I win these bowls everything certainly will be coming up Milhouse.

Those bowls are so FIERCE! I’m not nearly a cool enough person to own them but I still want them. Congrats on all the traffic. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you are a totally awesome person who deserves the attention. (AKA I knew you at the beginning? So I have an in? *laughs*)

Why I would like to win. I lost my job on Thursday, and anything at all would be great to bring me out of my funk. My husband suggested I concentrate on online contests in between being a housewife and looking for a new gig. And your contest is the first I’ve entered!

Hey! I absolutly love this site. I have it set as my home page whenever I open the internet. My family is sending my brother away to university this coming fall and I would love to help them out with this. Expenses are high and because my brother is staying in res. he will be needing new dishes;)

OK, OK, let me have a stab at this: Wow! These bowls would look really great filled with pork chutney, marshmallows, kidneys, Chex Mix, garbanzo beans, and kitty litter. Then, I’d put them in my bra!

I stumbled upon this site when looking for desktop wallpapers. I really love the tiled backgrounds and am using one on my twitter page! I’m also a fan of simplicity and the beauty of black and white, thus love these bowls. They’d be nice to bring with me as well if I get the job in Japan I’m aiming for.
